Golden Oak at Walt Disney World Resort is an upscale residential enclave within Lake Buena Vista, Florida, designed and operated by Disney's Golden Oak Realty subsidiary. Launched southeast of the Magic Kingdom in 2010 and named after Disney's California ranch, it features luxury homes with designs inspired by Disney films. Prices span from several million to nearly $20 million. Kimball Trace : Tuscan-inspired homes from 3,000 to 5,000 sq ft.
Silverbrook : Named after Disney's initial studio with homes up to 7,000 sq ft.
Carolwood : Features the largest homes on an old golf course, honoring Disney's private railroad.
Marceline : Houses ranging from 3,800 to 6,000 sq ft, named after Disney's Missouri hometown.
Kingswell : Reflects the Los Angeles street of the Disney brothers’ early studio with half-acre lots and homes up to 7,000 sq ft.
Symphony Grove : Inspired by Disney's Silly Symphonies, with homes up to 4,900 sq ft on quarter-acre plots.
